EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY
Science: As a science teacher I have always aimed to tie students' every day experiences to the content. I hope to develop and enhance students' passion for science and chemistry. I truly believe that I have the responsibility to support the next generation of scientists and engineers in this world and create problem solvers.
Global Competency: I strongly believe in opening students eyes to issues around the world as they are our world's future. Students have their own voices and brilliant ideas! We teachers have the privilege of providing the framework for these ideas to become a reality to help better the world. I hope to prepare students for this increasingly interconnected world after graduation.
